For this reason, we want to reassure you that here you will find the best hygienic-health quality thanks to the high professional training of our staff and the most innovative technologies for the whole sanitization.

You will stay in an environment that will as always pamper you to help yourself to relax, to restore, to take care of yourself and to follow a rehabilitation, all with the absolute respect of hygiene and individual protection regulations.

We are equipped with:

• complete and regular PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for all needs, such as masks, protective barriers, disinfectant gels, surface disinfectants, disposable gloves etc.;
• deep and frequent cleaning in all environments
• air purifiers;
• communal areas marked with safe distances, if necessary;
• emergency procedures to be adopted if we find a suspicious case.

What we ask you so that you can spend your stay in our hotel with the utmost safety and serenity:

We thank you for respecting the few rules you will find here in our hotel to make you spend a pleasant and safe stay.

• not to move if you are still under quarantine on the day of departure and to complete the following self-declaration if you are travelling to Italy from abroad (self-declaration published by Italian Department of Health)
• to complete the self-declaration you will be submitted by our staff or our doctor, if you will take therapeutic or aesthetic treatments (self-declaration HTL Apollo)
• to arrive with your own disposable surgical masks or alternatively washable (at high temperatures) fabric masks to be used in our communal areas. Outdoor: please take always your surgical mask with you in order to wear it when you are near other people
• to bring with you your personal hand sanitizing gel and disposable handkerchiefs
